Qualifications

2–5 years proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
Post Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience.
310S Mechanic License in good standing.
Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and identify vehicle repair and/or malfunction.
Perform the vehicle repair or maintenance efficiently and accurately, following guidelines.
Inspect engine in operation and road test to diagnose and isolate faults.
Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems for repair and upgrade.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure functionality and longevity.
Adjust/repair/replace parts across systems (fuel, brakes, steering, engine, etc.).
Document all repair work on the repair order.
Road test vehicles as required.
