Job summary

O’Regan’s Automotive Group is seeking a motivated salesperson to greet customers, identify needs, and match them with the right vehicle. You’ll guide buyers through test drives and paperwork, and build lasting relationships to drive repeat business.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team in Halifax, leveraging social media to showcase our vehicles and stay current on market trends, while collaborating with finance and service departments to deliver exceptional experiences.

• Be the go-to expert with up-to-the-minute knowledge of the hottest vehicles and industry trends.

Who You Are

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and understanding customer needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an asset, but we welcome motivated individuals from all backgrounds.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and personal goals.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business environments.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
