Job summary

Grimsby Hyundai, part of Performance Auto Group, is seeking a high-energy Sales Consultant to join our award-winning dealership. You will deliver exceptional customer service, understand customer needs, and drive sales while representing our brand with integrity. A valid Ontario driver’s license and OMVIC knowledge are assets.

This full-time, commission-based role offers earnings from $40,000 to $90,000 CAD per year, with no base salary. Comprehensive benefits and employee discounts apply.

Qualifications

• Ontario driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills and digital media familiarity.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions, understand needs, and meet expectations.
• Answer sales inquiries via phone regarding car sales and updates on delivery/pickup.
• Ensure competitive and reasonable vehicle quotes.
• Project a positive attitude for customers and coworkers.
• Read and adhere to OMVIC rules and employer procedures.
