Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as product expert on Stellantis vehicle features and add-ons.
• Guide customers through the TAG sales experience with transparency and needs-based consulting.
• Conduct needs-based consultations to understand goals and budget and recommend vehicle options.
• Explain features, technology, and protection products clearly and engagingly.
• Build trust through knowledge, follow-up, and proactive communication throughout the journey.
• Own the full sales process from initial engagement to delivery, ensuring a professional experience.
