Job summary

Abbotsford Hyundai, part of Trotman Auto Group, is seeking a friendly Part-Time Receptionist in Abbotsford. You’ll be the welcoming voice and face at the front desk, greeting customers, answering calls, and supporting sales and service teams with a professional, efficient demeanor.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in reception or customer-facing roles, strong MS Office skills, and comfort using CRM systems such as DealerSocket.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in reception, customer care, or a similar role.
• Friendly, positive communicator with strong customer service skills.
• Motivated and professional with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems (e.g., DealerSocket).
• Organized, reliable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Assist with filing, clerical tasks, and general front-desk duties.
• Process payments for services and products accurately and efficiently.
• Support sales and service teams with additional administrative tasks as required.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Payment Processing: Process payments for services and products accurately and efficiently
