Job summary

Abbotsford Chrysler, part of Trotman Auto Group, seeks an Automotive Service Technician in Abbotsford, BC. You will perform scheduled maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair vehicles in a supportive team environment focused on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

We offer a permanent, full‑time role with comprehensive benefits, paid training, NADA courses, and opportunities for internal advancement. Compensation is a flat rate of $30–$50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct safety inspections and road tests as required.
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repairs and recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with provincial regulations, manufacturer standards, and company safety policies.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Passion for automotive service and delivering quality customer experiences
• Strong expertise in automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics
• Motivated, professional, and able to succeed in a fast‑paced service environment
• Red Seal Certification considered an asset
• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, vehicle technology, and shop equipment
• Pride in workmanship with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
