Job summary

White Rock Volkswagen, part of Trotman Auto Group, is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant in British Columbia. You will promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles with a customer-focused approach, educate customers on features and financing options, and complete sales documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in automotive sales or commission-based sales.
• Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building.
• Motivated, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles with a customer-focused approach.
• Educate customers on vehicle features, options, and available finance solutions.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Stay informed on automotive products, programs, incentives, and industry trends.
• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and follow-up.
• Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and long-term customer relationships.

Who We’re Looking For:
