The role emphasizes timely communication with customers and internal teams, as well as accurate data entry and Excel reporting. Ideal candidates have a two-year business diploma and 0-1 year in sales or automotive exposure, with strong time management and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Completed a minimum two-year diploma program from a college (business program is an asset).
• 0-1 year of sales experience.
• 0-1 year of working exposure to the automotive industry; experience with engineering quoting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Coordinators with updating existing product contracts and system updates.
• Assist by assembling quotes for new business, gathering information from purchasing, engineering, and others.
• Maintain constant communication with customers and Vuteq branches to ensure a positive relationship.
• Upload production contracts from customer websites and summarize weekly in Excel for the sales team.
• Support with tracking current model trackers and updating quotes; assist with production quotations and data entry.
