Vast-Auto Distribution seeks a Counter Clerk to provide outstanding service at the counter, identify parts by vehicle specs, and assist customers with purchases. You will handle POS transactions, advise on parts usage, and help maintain stock and merchandising in a fast-paced auto parts store.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, supplier knowledge, and professional customer interactions, with occasional local delivery and safety compliance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in automotive parts, customer service, or retail.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers promptly, courteously at counter or by phone.
• Identify automotive parts based on vehicle specifications (make, model, year).
• Advise customers on appropriate parts, usage, and care; suggest related or premium items.
• Process transactions including cash, credit, checks, returns, and exchanges per policy.
