Job summary

Foss Group of Companies in Vaughan area is seeking a Parts Advisor at Roy Foss Motors - Thornhill to support retail customers, wholesale accounts and technicians with expert knowledge and high-energy service.

The role requires automotive parts experience, a Reynolds and Reynolds DMS background is a plus, strong communication and organizational skills, and weekend availability. You’ll stock, process orders, handle payments and help maintain inventory while delivering parts to customers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of automotive parts experience.
• Experience using Reynolds and Reynolds DMS is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting parts and provide service for retail, shop, and wholesale accounts.
• Answer phone calls and provide price quotes.
• Take orders for parts by phone and in person.
• Receive payments from retail customers.
• Address customer concerns per dealership guidelines.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels; manage shelf organization.
• Deliver parts to wholesale accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
