Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners, Audi Newmarket, is seeking a Parts Advisor to support customers and technicians with the right parts, maintain accurate inventory, and assist daily Parts Department operations in a fast-paced dealership environment in Newmarket, ON. Must have automotive parts experience and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities include pricing, availability checks, and coordinating with service teams. Valid Ontario driver’s licence required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive parts experience.
• Experience in automotive industry.
• Knowledge of parts and Parts Dept operations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Strong numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence and clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and internal dealership teams in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts.
• Pick and deliver parts to technicians to support Service Department operations.
• Receive shipments, verify quantities, and report discrepancies.
• Provide customers with pricing, product information, and availability in person and by phone.
• Recommend related parts, accessories, and available specials.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and well-stocked parts inventory.
• Process returns or unused parts and ensure proper inventory return.
• Assist with inventory organization, stock management, and general Parts Department upkeep.
• Pick up and deliver parts to customers or suppliers using a company vehicle.
• Support the Parts Manager and team with additional responsibilities to ensure efficient operations.
