Roy Foss Motors - Thornhill, under Foss Group of Companies, is hiring a Parts Advisor to support retail customers, wholesale accounts, and service technicians with expert knowledge and high-energy service.

Responsibilities include helping customers select parts, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining stock. Saturdays are required. Great team and growth opportunities await in Vaughan area.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Automotive Parts experience.
• Experience using Reynolds and Reynolds DMS.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills.
• Organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow set and standard procedures.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and take self-initiative.
• Basic computer skills and a comfort with learning new software and systems.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs.

• Answer telephone calls, provide price quotes and any other information needed.
• Take orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts.
• Receive payments from retail customers.
• Handle customer concerns immediately and according to dealership guidelines.
• Stock items by unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves; adjusting inventory system and ensuring safety.
• Manage inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Delivery of parts to wholesale accounts.
• Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.

About The Current Open Role

Roy Foss Motors - Thornhill is looking for a Parts Advisor to be the backbone of our parts department,supporting retail customers, wholesale accounts, and our internal servicetechnicians with expert knowledge and high-energy service.

What We're Looking For

• Efficiently help customers select parts and provideinternal and external customers (retail and shop) with high qualityservice; identifying and ordering the correct parts
