Job summary

Audi Newmarket, part of Pfaff Automotive Partners, is hiring a Parts Advisor. You will assist customers and technicians, identify the right parts, and maintain stock with accuracy in a fast-paced dealership setting.

You should have at least 3 years of automotive parts experience, strong knowledge of dealership Parts operations, excellent service skills, and a valid Ontario driver’s license. Competitive benefits and a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor or in a dealership parts role
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and Parts Department operations
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong English communication (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and internal teams in identifying the correct parts
• Pick and deliver parts to technicians and customers
• Receive shipments, verify quantities, report discrepancies
• Provide pricing, product information, and availability
• Maintain organized, accurate parts inventory and returns
• Support inventory organization and department upkeep
• Deliver parts to customers or suppliers as needed
• Assist the Parts Manager with department operations
