Job summary

Kal Tire in Edmonton is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, helping them select products and services while keeping the store operations smooth. You will greet customers, prepare quotes, process invoices, look up parts, and coordinate with the shop team to ensure a seamless experience.

This role offers hands-on automotive sales exposure in a supportive team environment. Shifts may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product and service inquiries.
• Prepare quotes, explain options clearly, and support sales decisions.
• Complete vehicle check-ins, including mileage and service details.
• Look up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems.
• Prepare invoices and process transactions accurately.
• Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain customer records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
