Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing and insurance products.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements for automotive finance and insurance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting financing options from various institutions.
• Sell extended warranties and F&I products.
• Prepare and review loan documents with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Ensure all transactions comply with laws and dealership policies.
• Provide guidance to the sales team on financing options.
• Meet monthly financing and F&I sales goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on financing options.
