Job summary

Tesla in Saint Bruno, Quebec, offers a Summer 2026 Service Technician Trainee Internship. Students will gain hands-on exposure to electric vehicle service operations and learn from experienced technicians in a modern service center environment.

Interns will assist with inspections, maintenance, pre-delivery checks, and workshop activities. The program emphasizes learning, skill development, and real project involvement within a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair methods is required.
• Current enrollment in an automotive program is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to report to the training location or local service center when needed.
• Can regularly lift up to 60 pounds.
• Can work with team members in a team based environment.
• Must be willing to support projects across Canadian provinces.
• Must be able to communicate regularly in English with staff and clients outside Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry level vehicle inspection, repair and maintenance tasks on Tesla vehicles.
• Use hand tools, powered tools and other workshop equipment.
• Perform equipment inspections, adjustments and certifications.
• Complete Pre Delivery Inspections on new vehicles.
• Maintain inventory records, time records, workshop supplies and parts.
• Help maintain vehicle cleanliness for customers.
• Support parts operations and receiving activities as required.
• Assist front of house operations on a rotating basis.
