You will work closely with the Sales Manager and Service Managers to ensure timely reconditioning and detailed presentation of vehicles.

The role emphasizes creativity in video and photography, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments within a large automotive retail group.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication.
• Creative mindset with ability to produce content and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Check in used cars from auction and note defects.
• Coordinate used cars from intake to website listing.
• Create video content for website, social media, and in-store displays.
• Create photographic content for dealership, staff, and events.
• Upload media to applicable sites (YouTube, company site, etc.).
• Support Content Coordinator in social media content creation.
• Coordinate reconditioning with vendors and service managers.
• Ensure timing from reconditioning to detailing for proper presentation.
