Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Markham is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our automotive team in Toronto. You will handle accounts payable and receivable within the full accounting cycle and support daily financial operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of related industry experience.
• College Diploma or University Degree required.
• Proficient with PC-based software (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).

Responsibilities

• Prepare the cash deposits and cash clearing schedule.
• Maintaining the funding/Chattel/Payouts for Audi Downtown and Audi York.
• Posting and maintaining the licensing schedule.
• Posting and verifying costs for the vehicle purchases- 180 and CDK.
• Posting Deals- New, Used, Wholesale.
• Managing external warranty, schedule review and payment submission.
• Managing rebates and submissions.
• Perform other tasks based on management requirements and instructions.
