AWIN - Mercedes-Benz Markham in Markham, Ontario, is hiring an Accounting Clerk to join our team. The role focuses on accounts payable and receivable within the full accounting cycle, supporting accurate, timely financial processing for a premier automotive group.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related industry experience.
• Background in the automotive industry is an asset.
• Proficient with CDK and Reynolds; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the cash deposits and cash clearing schedule.
• Maintain the funding/Chattel/Payouts for Audi Downtown and Audi York.
• Posting and maintaining the licensing schedule.
• Posting and verifying costs for vehicle purchases (180 and CDK).
• Posting deals - New, Used, Wholesale.
• Managing external warranty, schedule review and payment submission.
• Managing rebates and submissions.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
