Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing/automation sectors.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• RFQ review and scope definition with clear requirements and risks.
• Develop automation concepts and layouts for cell/process areas.
• Validate concepts with cross-functional teams (Design, Controls, Manufacturing).
• Prepare pricing, cycle time charts, and supplier quotes for proposals.
• Lead knowledge transfer during project handoff and support design reviews.
