Job summary

ATS Industrial Automation is seeking a Services Project Coordinator to quote service opportunities and coordinate small projects (up to $1M) from scope to close-out. This hybrid role supports customers throughout the service life cycle and partners with engineering, automation, and field service teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in factory automation, strong cost-estimation skills, and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and controls.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in factory automation or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading teams or projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review incoming service requests from customers, service technicians, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate and timely service quotations for spare parts, preventive maintenance, on-site service work, and small retrofits.
• Develop cost estimates including labor, travel, materials, subcontractors, and risk contingencies.
• Coordinate with engineering, automation, controls, and field service teams to validate scope and effort.
• Track open quotes and support order conversion.
• Transition quoted work into executable service projects and manage small project execution.

Education

Diploma or degree in Engineering Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
