Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor providing real-time coaching and leadership.
Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.
Drive new vehicle sales while ensuring exceptional customer experience at every stage of the buying journey.
Collaborate with General Manager, Finance, and leadership to achieve business objectives.
Monitor sales activities, performance metrics, and market opportunities to maximize results.
Support inventory management, merchandising, and manufacturer programs.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing future sales leaders.
Champion customer satisfaction reflecting Steele Auto Group standards.
