Job summary

Truro Toyota, a full-service dealership, is seeking a Product Advisor to welcome guests, assess needs and guide on vehicle features, pricing and benefits. You will present vehicles, prepare quotes, support test drives, and follow up with prospective and existing guests to foster long-term relationships.

You'll collaborate with sales and service teams, maintain accurate showroom records, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales orientation with ability to build guest trust.
• Clear, professional communication and active listening to explain features clearly.
• Solid analytical skills to understand guest needs and discuss pricing/financing.
• Foundational product knowledge to present Toyota lineup and services.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced dealership and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Training will be provided for automotive sales; previous sales experience is a plus.
