HUB International in Canada is seeking an Auto Insurance Trainee to join our energetic team. You will actively sell insurance solutions, aim for top performance, and help clients with a seamless experience while you earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within 30 days.

This trainee role offers comprehensive training, licensing support, and opportunity to advance within a high-energy, collaborative culture across HUB's Canadian network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Level 1 Insurance License is an asset—not required.
• Self-starter with drive to exceed performance and sales goals.
• Confident, outgoing personality with a customer-first approach.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to multitask under pressure.
• Reliable and accountable; team-oriented in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates and auto dealership partners.
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet sales targets.
• Process auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value.
• Support the branch by taking calls, handling admin tasks, restocking inventory.
