Job summary

HUB International Canada is hiring an Auto Insurance Trainee. No insurance experience is required; we provide training and support to earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within 30 days.

You will actively sell auto insurance solutions, hit performance targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. You will build relationships with clients and partners, promote ICBC and private products, handle renewals/transfers, and restock as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; training and support provided to help you succeed.
• You will work toward earning Level 1 General Insurance License within the first 30 days.
• Active selling of auto insurance solutions and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and dealership partners.
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Process auto insurance transactions including renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients.
