Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Auto Retention Associate to advise clients by phone on auto insurance and protect their assets. You will build relationships and deliver tailored solutions while meeting performance targets.

You will handle renewals, transfers, cancellations, and payments, and actively upsell ICBC and private products. A Level 1 Insurance License and 1 year of auto insurance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year auto insurance experience.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Level 1 Insurance License required.
• Strong conversation skills and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients, colleagues and leaders to deliver a best-in-class client experience.
• Provide auto insurance services including renewals, transfers, and payments.
• Offer ICBC and private insurance products over the phone.
• Document client conversations to minimize errors.
• Place outbound calls to enhance retention and sales.
