Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Auto Retention Associate in Canada to advise clients by phone on auto insurance options, including ICBC and private products. You will build relationships and meet sales targets while handling renewals, transfers, and payments.

A Level 1 Insurance License and 1 year of auto insurance experience are required, with strong communication and call center skills preferred. We offer a base salary with potential commissions, comprehensive benefits, RRSP matching, PTO and

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year auto insurance experience required.
Strong conversation skills and detail orientation.
High school education or equivalent.
Level 1 Insurance License required.
Customer service and/or call center experience an asset.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with clients, colleagues and leaders for a best-in-class experience.
Provide auto insurance services including renewals, plates, transfers and cancellations.
Offer ICBC and private insurance products over the phone.
Document client conversations to minimize errors and issues.
Place outbound calls to enhance retention and sales conversion.
Manage inbound calls and service requests efficiently.
Upsell and cross-sell other insurance products from other departments.
Meet sales targets and telephone metrics.
Process payments in line with policy.
Utilize ICBC Policy Centre, BMS EPIC and other software.
Perform administrative duties such as filing and document prep.
