Job summary

HUB International in Duncan, British Columbia, is seeking an Auto Mobile Advisor to build and maintain client relationships with local dealerships and customers. You will use ICBC and private products to meet performance targets and process auto insurance transactions including renewals, plates, transfers, and cancellations.

The role requires weekend and evening availability, a Level 2 General Insurance License (asset), and a willingness to travel to dealerships using your own vehicle with

Qualifications

• Level 2 General Insurance License is considered an asset.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Demonstrated sales experience and drive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions.
• Weekend and Evening availability.
• Willing to use own personal vehicle to travel to dealerships (mileage reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients, colleagues and dealership representatives to grow your professional network.
• Proactively and creatively offer solutions using a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products while achieving performance targets.
• Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments and more.
• Develop new business by cross selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines.
