Job summary

HUB International in BC's Lower Mainland seeks client-focused Insurance Advisors across the region. You will provide ICBC and private auto coverage in offices and dealerships, assist customers at the counter, and handle inquiries with professionalism.

You will set production budgets, ensure compliance with insurers and privacy rules, and travel to dealership locations using your own vehicle. A strong sales drive and Mandarin/Cantonese language skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Hold Level 1 General Insurance License.
• 6+ months of insurance experience; ideally as a Road Advisor.
• Strong written and verbal communication; build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICBC and private auto coverage in office and dealerships.
• Assist in the office by helping customers at the counter and answering calls.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and accurately.
• Set and adhere to production budgets including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales.
• Ensure compliance with insurers, Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act rules.
