Job summary

Crown Auto Group in Winnipeg is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Crown Autobody & Glass at 2610 McPhillips Street. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the MPI claim and repair process and coordinating appointments.

After a 90-day training, you will work with multiple computer programs, providing updates to customers, and supporting insurance processing, payments, and deliveries. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Collision centre and/or automotive experience an asset.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Great communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Customer-oriented with a desire to provide exceptional customer experience.
• Focused and detailed-oriented.
• Positive, energetic attitude with willingness to learn.
• Solid command of computers and Microsoft Office Programs.
• Knowledge of Manitoba Public Insurance processes an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmission.

• Other languages spoken are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with a positive first impression.
• Guide customers in person, online and on the phone through the claim and repair process, responding to their inquiries, educating them about the MPI process and creating appointments.
• Collaborate with production, parts team and MPI and proactively provide customer with updates on their vehicles to meet estimated timeframes.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collect payment and signatures with customers as required.
• Walk clients to their vehicles on delivery explaining the repairs completed.
• Assist with office work as required.
