Boyd Autobody & Glass is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in person, by phone and via email. You will schedule repairs, manage insurance communications and document all interactions to support our collision repair team.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and a positive customer experience, with opportunities for training and career growth within a reputable Western and Central Canada network.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person, on the phone, and via email.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using the repair management system.
• Process insurance assignments accurately and timely.
