Job summary

Guild Insurance Group in Brandon, MB is seeking an Auto Broker to join our front-line team. You will help clients with auto insurance needs, process transactions efficiently, and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service while building a growing personal lines book through cross-training.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and accuracy in a fast-paced office. You’ll advise clients on home and personal insurance, prepare quotes, handle renewals, and contribute to a positive client

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or customer service preferred.
• License or willingness to obtain insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Process auto policies (new/renewals) and related transactions.
• Assist clients with travel insurance and other services.
• Collect payments and support day-to-day office operations.
• Provide timely, accurate service in a busy environment.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a positive client experience.
• Manage and service an existing personal lines book of business.
• Advise clients on home and other personal insurance products.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role working with some of the best Insurance Brokers in the industry. As an Auto Broker, you?ll be a key part of our front-line team?helping clients with their auto insurance needs, completing transactions efficiently, and delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. Cross training with the Personal Lines team you will gain the skills needed to manage and grow an existing book of business while providing trusted advice to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing a wide range of insurance transactions, including new and renewal auto policies
• Assisting clients with travel insurance and other related services
• Collecting payments and supporting day-to-day office operations
• Providing timely, accurate service in a busy environment
• Working as part of a team to ensure a positive client experience
• Managing and servicing an existing personal lines book of business
• Advising clients on home and other personal insurance products
• Preparing quotes, processing renewals, and handling policy changes
