Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of related experience with one year in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant.

As an Auditor Supervisor, you will be responsible for the administration, supervision, and operation of the audit department, ensuring compliance with internal controls, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario regulations, and all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop audit and analysis models for efficient department operation
  • Audit daily paperwork from banks and games
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports
  • Authorize bi-weekly payroll, review budgets and financial reports
  • Supervise and manage team performance
  • Foster a safe and efficient work environment with an open-door policy
  • Oversee human resources activities such as training, coaching, performance feedback, safety, and recruitment
What You Bring
  • A college diploma or equivalent in Accounting, a designation in the Accounting field, or comparable work experience
  • At least two (2) years of related experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience
  • Proven high level of customer service
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computer software packages
  • Ability to obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
