As an Auditor Supervisor, you will be responsible for the administration, supervision, and operation of the audit department ensuring compliance with internal controls. You will ensure compliance with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario regulations and all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops audit and analysis models for efficient operation of the department
  • Audits daily paperwork received from banks and games
  • Prepares daily and monthly reports
  • Authorizes bi-weekly payroll, reviews budgets and financial reports
  • Supervises and manages team performance
  • Fosters a safe and efficient work environment, while maintaining an open-door policy
  • Oversees human resources activities such as training, coaching, performance feedback, safety, and recruitment
What You Bring
  • A college diploma or equivalent with focus in Accounting or designation in the Accounting field or comparable working experience in related fields
  • A minimum of two (2) years of related experience with at least one (1) year of supervisory experience
  • Proven high level of Customer Service
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computer software packages is required
  • The ability to obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
