Job summary

Connect Hearing Canada in Sudbury, Ontario is seeking a Hearing Care Professional to deliver client-focused hearing care. You will counsel clients, educate on products, conduct hearing evaluations, and maintain ongoing care to ensure meaningful outcomes.

You will report to the Regional Sales Director, with a structured onboarding, ongoing professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed with provincial regulatory bodies or colleges in Canada.
  • Clinical excellence and patient care focus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client counselling, product education and recommendations.
  • Conduct hearing loss evaluations for new clients and recommend best-fit solutions.
  • Maintain ongoing care for existing clients to ensure strong client relationships.
  • Correspond with clients, families, physicians, and team members regarding client care.

Working Location: Sudbury, Ontario
Reporting to: Regional Sales Director
A day in the life of a Hearing Care Professional involves
  • Providing an exceptional client experience focused on client counselling, product education, and recommendation
  • Conducting hearing loss evaluations for new clients and recommending the best-fit solution
  • Continuous care for your existing clients to ensure a happy and meaningful relationship
  • Conduct verbal and written correspondence related to client care with clients, their families, physicians, team members, and third-party payees
  • Make a difference in the lives of your clients

  • The expected hiring salary range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000 + annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and internal equity
