Qualifications

• Create and implement annual fundraising plan
• Manage and track donor identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activities
• Prepare proposals and reports for donors and sponsors
• Coordinate recording of financial contributions with Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee transition to new donor and community member CRM and ticketing system
• Manage CRM and ticketing software by creating events, group visits, timed entrances
• Make strategic recommendations based on reports of actual and potential attendance
• Maintain meetings minutes and notes
• Prepare receipts and thank you letters for donors
• Manage public sector grant writing and reporting
