Job summary

Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation is seeking an Associate Director, Engagement to lead fundraising programs and donor relations. You will oversee direct response, monthly giving, third-party events, and sponsorships while guiding a team to meet revenue, retention, and growth targets.

Responsibilities include developing strategies for donor acquisition and retention, coordinating with Marketing and Communications, and ensuring timely reporting on program performance.

Qualifications

• CFRE designation and/or university degree with five years minimum experience in fundraising.
• Experience in a health care environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct response and monthly giving programs.
• Oversee third party events and sponsorships.
• Develop and track annual revenue metrics.
• Manage a small team of 1-2 reports.
• Coordinate donor acquisition, renewal and retention.
