Job summary

CTC is seeking a warehouse technician to maintain, refurbish and program ATMs for field deployment and for redeployment in-house.

You will inspect returned units, reset programming to factory settings, clean and refurbish machines, and prepare them for redeployment. You will keep documentation tidy, aid in inventory counts and cross-train in other warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Staging and programming a wide variety of ATM’s to be installed in the field, including brands such as Triton, Hyosung, NCR, Wincor and Diebold.
• Inspect all ATM’s that return from the field, ensure programming has been reset to factory settings.
• Clean and refurbish all ATM’s, and have them ready for redeployment.
• Maintain proper documentation on file for every machine and keep prep areas clean and organized.
• Put away machines that have been received, with proper labeling.
• Assist in inventory counts and cross-train in other warehouse positions.

Job description

The incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance, refurbishment and programming of

ATM’s to be deployed onto the field and in-house stored. Also, review condition of ATM’s returned from the field and performs tasks to refurbish for redeployment, you will be responsible to maintain a clean and organized work area and warehouse overall. This position requires an individual that can work with minimal supervision, flexible, strong attention to detail and team player.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Staging and programing a wide variety of ATM’s to be installed in the field. This includes brands such as Triton, Hyosung, NCR, Wincor and Diebold.
• Inspect all ATM’s that return from the field, ensure programming have been reset to factory settings.
• Clean and refurbish all ATM’s, have them ready for redeployment
• As required fill ATM pull sheet and Credit notes
• Ensure proper documentation is kept on file and on every machine.
• Maintain preparation “prep” area clean and organized
• Put away machines that have been received and processed, ensure proper labelling is on every machine.
• Participate in Inventory Counts
• Maintain Procedure Manuals for ATM terminals
• Pick Pack orders as required
• Cross train in other warehouse positions
