Job summary

Jobtailor in Canada is seeking a field service technician to perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively. You will service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory, ensuring uptime and reliability for client operations.

The role requires local geographic eligibility, a valid driver's license, the ability to travel long distances, and comfort with lifting tools and parts.

Qualifications

Local candidate to specific geographic area.
Authorized to work in the US.
At least 19 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
Rotating and weekend shifts.
Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size.
Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software (preferred but not required).
A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification (preferred but not required).
One or more years of related experience (preferred but not required).
