Duration: 12 months Contract

Job Description:

• Reporting to the National Warehouse Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance, refurbishment and programming of ATM’s to be deployed onto the field and in-house stored.
• Also, review condition of ATM’s returned from the field and performs tasks to refurbish for redeployment, you will be responsible to maintain a clean and organized work area and warehouse overall.
• This position requires an individual that can work with minimal supervision, flexible, strong attention to detail and team player.

Responsibilities:

• Staging and programming a wide variety of ATM’s to be installed in the field.
• Inspect all ATM’s that return from the field, ensure programming have been reset to factory settings.
• Clean and refurbish all ATM’s, have them ready for redeployment
• As required fill ATM pull sheet and Credit notes

Experience:

• Ensure proper documentation is kept on file and on every machine.
• Maintain preparation “prep” area clean and organized
• Put away machines that have been received and processed, ensure proper labelling is on every machine.
• Participate in Inventory Counts

Skillset:

• Maintain Procedure Manuals for ATM terminals
• Pick Pack orders as required
• Cross train in other warehouse positions
• Other duties as assigned
• Occasional lifting up to 50lbs

• High School Diploma
