Job summary

Wesco International, Inc. seeks an Associate Specialist - Proposal Development to coordinate activities and resources in support of proposal opportunities. You will partner with Sales, Operations, and internal teams to research and provide information for responses.

Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, presenting proposals, maintaining the opportunity funnel, and drafting information for reviews. Strong communication and Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• A self-starting, positive, and driven attitude
• Excellent oral communication skills accompanied by strong written communication skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented with diligent follow through
• Proficient in Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• 1-2 years project coordination and collaboration skills in a high volume or fast paced environment preferred
• 1-2 years proposal/sales writing, or distributor sales and marketing experience preferred
• 1-2 years experience in a business to business setting in a sales/operations support role preferred
• Proficient in Power BI application for reporting preferred
• Proficient in One Note for task management preferred
