We are looking for an Associate Property Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can become a trusted member of our operations team, take ownership of their responsibilities, communicate professionally, solve problems, and grow within the company.
The Associate Property Manager will work closely with our Property Managers and operations team to help oversee the day to day management of residential properties.
You will assist with resident communication, maintenance coordination, administrative tasks, property documentation, follow ups, inspections, leasing support, and keeping property related tasks organized and moving forward.
The right candidate will be highly organized, proactive, professional, comfortable communicating with residents and property owners, and able to manage multiple priorities without needing constant supervision.
Compensation: $42,000–$45,000 annually + performance bonuses
A successful Associate Property Manager does not simply complete assigned tasks. They take ownership. They notice when something is outstanding and follow up. They communicate clearly.
