CAPREIT Apartments in Montreal is seeking an Associate Property Manager to lead leasing and resident relations, ensuring high resident satisfaction while coordinating property operations.

You will oversee the leasing process from inquiry to onboarding, monitor vacancies, and work to meet leasing targets. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and ownership in a fast-paced community.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in leasing, property management or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP knowledge is an asset.

• Resident Ambassador: build relationships and address concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.
• Leasing Champion: oversee the leasing process from inquiry to onboarding; monitor vacancies and targets.

About the Associate Property Manager opportunity:

Resident Ambassador:

As our frontline lead, build strong relationships and deliver excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.

Leasing Champion:

What you need to succeed:

• 2 years' experience in leasing, property management or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office. SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements.
• Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.
• Strong problem-solver with effective negotiation skills.
• Detailed-oriented with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
