Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, data analysis, or insurance/travel operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience documenting business requirements, process maps, and workflow diagrams within Agile.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data sets to support business decisions and initiatives.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for projects and enhancements.
• Develop current and future state documentation and process maps.
• Support delivery and IT teams during the Agile project lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing and validate system functionality prior to deployment.
• Provide analytical support for reporting, audits, and business reviews.
