• Participate in applications, hearings, and trials, providing strategic support and representation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies.
• Ensure compliance with court requirements and deadlines.
• Quickly adapt to supporting software tools and firm processes, as HGA Law is a technology-forward firm.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• Member in good standing of the Law Society of Alberta; eligible to practice as a lawyer in Alberta.
• Called to the bar in 2023 or earlier.
