Remote| 3–5 years

Our client, a leading North American transportation and logistics company, seeks their first Legal Counsel to join their growing legal team and support the CLO. This is a remote role, with a strong preference for candidates who can attend monthly executive meetings at their Oakville office; however, exceptional candidates across Canada will also be considered. Occasional travel may be required.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of corporate commercial/generalist experience, strong contract drafting and negotiation skills (i.e. cargo claims), and prior exposure to transactional U.S. legal matters. An interest in litigation is also required.
