Job summary

Simon Fraser University in Burnaby is seeking a Payments Processor for Residence & Housing. You will receive and process payments for services, maintain student and guest records, and be the first point of contact for housing inquiries.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A hybrid-work arrangement is available for eligible staff.

Providing updated technology and data driven services that meet the needs of Residence and Housing students and users in a responsive, timely, courteous, efficient and effective manner.
About The Role

  • Receives and processes payments for all services and materials supplied through Residence & Housing, and is responsible for maintaining accurate student and guest records.
  • Acts as the first point of reference for all clients to provide high levels of customer service related to residence living and guest accommodations.
  • In accordance with university policies and department procedures, responds to inquiries and problems regarding student and guest concerns, applications, reservations, maintenance requests, payments, lost keys, mail and room selections

Additional InformationThe assignment end date is May 30, 2027.

Days/hours of work are Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00pm to 7:30 pm with the option of changing in the future due to Department needs.
