Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking an experienced pension plan analyst to support annual planning and administration for defined benefit plans. You will contribute to risk assessment, client guidance, and actuarial insights while collaborating with trustees and members.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, Excel proficiency, and teamwork in a hybrid work model with flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science or related field.
• Excellent spoken and written French; bilingualism an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent team spirit.
• Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Well-organized and resourceful.
• Good communication and collaborative skills.
• Highly developed customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Help with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administration.
• Take part in the production and verification of related work.
• Train and coach team members.
• Communicate and track the budget.
• Build clients’ satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their various requests, as well as those of members and trustees.
• Support the team in carrying out a variety of special projects.
• Suggest ways of improving our processes.

Salary Range: $ 65,000 - $90,000
