The Opportunity:

The Associate Client Solutions Manager is the key point of contact for clients on creative deliverables, communications and consulting projects. For PSP clients, you will work cross-functionally to support program launches and change management of existing programs, where creative support is required. You will provide strategic creative solutions and stakeholder support to clients while working closely with the PSP Program Manager and Operations team to Deliver Wow and position Client Solutions as a differentiator for Sentrex.

A Day in the Life (What you will do here):

Act as the primary liaison for creative agency clients and PSP client teams during program setup, launch and operation for all strategic marketing, creative and stakeholder requirements including but not limited to:

  • Developing and managing an overall strategic creative and communication plan that meets the needs of all stakeholders
  • Managing the entire creative process from start to finish including project proposals containing all milestones and associated timelines, financials, copy, layout direction/accuracy, regulatory approvals (MLR, PAAB) and final client sign-off
  • Maintaining up-to-the-minute project status and financial status including forecasting and tracking via departmental SOPs and templates
  • Informing cross-functional team members of relevant project updates and milestones
  • Leading the planning and execution of physician and patient engagement initiatives including the development of proposals and project plans; facilitation of consulting meetings such as advisory boards and one-on-one insights gathering; and providing meeting summaries/action plans with recommendations based on insights gathered
  • Leading all Representative/MSL and NSM interactions
  • Providing creative and strategic support in the development and presentation of program QBRs ensuring the needs of the cross-functional client team are met
  • Supporting the training of PSP operational team around brand strategy, client needs and impact
  • Working with program management and PSP directors to ensure seamless program operation and client satisfaction
  • Slide development when required (e.g. Program Overviews, Kick off decks)
  • Suggesting and building additional program offerings that add client value and drive revenue (e.g. patient self-enrolment programs, adherence tools, detail aids, rep training, patient educational resources, etc.)
  • Promoting additional Sentrex services such as 3PL, PSP, pharmacy, consulting, software and website development
  • Participating and supporting client brand strategy and POA development process, as needed
  • Consulting on RFPs to provide recommendations for creative deliverables, communications and consulting projects
  • Build positive working relationships internally and externally
  • Review, read, and check for accuracy in work before passing to colleagues or clients
  • Display extreme attention to detail and organization, acting with a sense of urgency and constantly reprioritizing workload to meet business needs
  • Ensure smooth daily running and client satisfaction of assigned projects
  • Additional duties as assigned by the manager


What you need to ensure you are set up for success:

  • University degree or equivalent in science and/or business
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a creative agency with pharmaceutical clients that includes interpreting and applying the PAAB code to creative deliverables
  • Preference for candidates who also have minimum 1-2 years direct pharmaceutical industry experience (sales, marketing, sales training, professional education, analytics & insights, creative project management)
  • Experience developing a cohesive environment across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated success in cross-collaboration during time-sensitive situations
  • Critical thinker with the ability to focus on the highest priorities aligned to the overall strategic direction with a client-centric approach
  • Highly effective project management skills with ability to build a clear project plan outlining all milestones and associated timelines
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Outstanding communication skills in all formats
  • Aesthetic intuition and ability to provide art direction
  • Exceptional PPT-building skills
  • Ability to take complex information and present it in an easy to consume format
  • Ability to act with urgency, constantly prioritizing workload to meet business needs
  • Able to positively impact and influence others and quickly establish credibility while building strong business relationships
