Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director, Media Solutions, the Director, Media Marketing Solutions is a strategic and collaborative leader responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, and client programs that elevate Cineplex Media’s Cinema and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising networks. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Research & Insights, Creative Services, and Media Operations to deliver standout collateral, data-driven proposals, and turnkey programs that bring our platforms to life for advertisers. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Research & Insights, Creative Services, and Media Operations to deliver standout collateral, data-driven proposals, and turnkey programs that bring our platforms to life for advertisers. A passion for insights, storytelling, and innovation is key to shaping how clients understand and leverage our unique, attention-driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated B2B marketing strategies that position Cineplex Media as a leader in Cinema and DOOH advertising.
- Develop persuasive sales materials, presentations, case studies, and marketing content that communicate the value of our media platforms.
- Oversee the Client Solutions strategy, delivering engaging, results-driven media programs, brand activations, and sponsorship initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build data-driven, client-centric proposals aligned with advertiser objectives.
- Package scalable, audience-focused marketing solutions that support client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to the Marketing Solutions team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and collaboration.
- Drive content strategy and brand storytelling for key client engagements, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape go-to-market narratives that reinforce Cineplex Media’s unique market position.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's or college degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field; additional certifications in B2B marketing or digital media are a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, media, advertising, or a closely related industry.
- 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing marketing, sales enablement, or client solutions teams.
- Deep understanding of the media landscape, particularly premium video and DOOH advertising solutions.
- Track record of developing and executing multi-platform marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong grasp of the sales process and the ability to create compelling collateral that supports sales performance and client engagement.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working across departments including Sales, Creative, Research, and Operations.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and performance optimization techniques.
